Resetting user passwords

General

Administrators who manage education subscriptions have the ability to reset user passwords for teachers and students.  All administrative tasks are completed on the web app via your PC's Chrome™ Edge™  or Safari® browser. 

Note: Users from both education and business subscriptions can edit their own passwords by following the steps in the article: Changing or resetting your password

Reset a user's password

  1. Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
  2. If you do not have a user account, logging in will bring you directly to your subscriptions. If you have a user account, click your name on the right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.   
  3. Click on Users
  4. Click on the three dot menu beside the user whose password you wish to reset
  1. Select Reset password
  2. From here you can give the user a new password. The user will not receive an notification about the password change, the administrator must inform the user of their new password.
