GeneralAdministrators who manage education subscriptions have the ability to reset user passwords for teachers and students. All administrative tasks are completed on the web app via your PC's ChromeEdge™ or Safari browser.
Note: Users from both education and business subscriptions can edit their own passwords by following the steps in the article: Changing or resetting your password
Reset a user's password
- Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
- If you do not have a user account, logging in will bring you directly to your subscriptions. If you have a user account, click your name on the right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
- Click on Users
- Click on the three dot menu beside the user whose password you wish to reset
- Select Reset password
- From here you can give the user a new password. The user will not receive an notification about the password change, the administrator must inform the user of their new password.
