Adding and removing administrator accounts

General

All subscriptions for Nureva™ Span™ software require an administrator who is responsible for adding and removing user and administrator accounts. All administrative tasks are completed via your PC's Chrome ™ or Safari® browser.

Add an administrator

An administrator account does not use any of the licenses allocated to the software subscription and does not give the administrator the ability to create, work on or view canvases.

1. Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
2. If you do not have a user account, logging in will bring you directly to your subscriptions. If you have a user account, click your name on the right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Administrators
4. Click Add administrator 
5. Enter the administrator's email address and click OK. The administrator will receive an invitation to the software via email. Once their account has been created, they will be able to add and remove users and administrators.



Remove an administrator

There must be at least one administrator account for a subscription at all times.

1. Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
2. Click Administrators
3. Click the X next to the administrator account you wish to remove. If you are the only administrator, you will not be able to remove yourself until you add a second administrator account to manage the subscription.
